A good way of living.

So here we have another summer.

And the thing is that even if it is still May, 

it already feels like summer in NYC.

This past Memorial Weekend was hot and humid.

I spent it seeing friends, eating at new restaurants,

hosting a dinner at home and 

walking and photographing the streets of Manhattan.

(a recollection of it in my Visual Archive)

What I didn't do, and it is quite surprising,

was to go to Sandy Hook --

my oasis during our hot, humid summer days.

A friend went and he shared the following video.

Inspire me

Hi All, 

life is back to being good.

I love my new apt, the sun has been shinning like crazy

 (Although it's predicted that this week is gonna be raining non-stop)

and I feel calm and at ease once again.

Yet, Noe asked me yesterday why I hadn’t written much

and the truth is that I feel like this:

I will search for some inspiration for the blog and be back soon.

and it's gonna be a gorgeous weekend in NYC.

Roots

Just back from Europe.

It was, as always, exhausting.

However, I will not focus the attention on that.

Instead, I want to highlight

the positive of this trip,

which was the great appreciation

for having roots and a sense of belonging

which I hadn't had in a long time.

As part of the trip, I was lucky enough to spend

a few days in Spain.  I travelled to a few cities to see

family and friends.

It was wonderful.

Below it is just a very small (not edited) account

of what I experienced.
